I shall be helping to guide this Bill through the Commons from 12.45 today and tomorrow, until 7pm both nights; the vast majority of the Bill is agreed on a cross party basis, but the process of Commons, and Lords, debate and discussion is there to ensure the final Bill is both workable and effective in its purpose.
