The young members of the
Rotary Club of Tynedale, the Ridley Hall Interact Club, have continued their tradition of
fund-raising for the community and beyond. They recently presented cheques of a
total of £758 to Diabetes UK, End Polio Now and Zambesi Sunshine Trust, which
supports under-privileged children in Zambia, at the Rotary Club of Tynedale’s
annual presentation in Hexham. The Tynedale Rotary Club itself raised £13,000
for causes such as the Great North Air Ambulance. Congratulations to everyone
involved - community involvement at its best.
