If you are over 60 and help or look after a friend or family member with an illness, disability or addiction, then I would like to draw your attention to a series of events organised by Carers Northumberland that are taking place around Northumberland over the next few months. The older carers events will give you the opportunity to find out about carers' rights, as well as take part in the Great Carers Bake Off and try some spring crafts.
