Tackling unemployment in our local area

This week it was announced that unemployment has almost halved (48%) across Tynedale and Ponteland since 2010, meaning more jobs for our local area. This is hugely encouraging news, making an enormous difference to the lives of local people.

There is always work to be done to get more people into work however, and my upcoming 2018 Tynedale Jobs Fair is taking place on Friday 7th September at Wentworth Leisure Centre.
