Let's all do the Daily Mile!

The Daily Mile is a brilliant global initiative which aims to get children to exercise for 15 minutes every day to improve their physical, social, emotional and mental health and well-being by getting children to run or jog for 15 minutes every day. I am so pleased to see that more and more local schools are signing up to the programme- there are now 14 schools in the Tyne Valley taking part in the Daily Mile.
