A typical taxpayer now pays £1075
less income tax than they did in 2010. Thanks to ongoing tax reforms, the
richest 1% now pay 27% of all income tax. This week Personal Allowance- the
money you make before you are taxed- rises from £11,500 to £11,850, meaning
that low earners keep more of the money they earn. More good news for
hard-working households!
