At this time of year, it is so important to remember those
that won’t be amongst friends and family at the time of Christmas. 500,000
older people face Christmas alone, but with fantastic new schemes such as
Community Christmas, volunteers and the community can help to provide companionship,
so that those that don’t want to be alone, don’t have to be.
Community Christmas already has over 250 activities
and events around the country listed on their website, but with all our help
they can have even more, so that nobody has to be alone this Christmas.
