The Tyne Valley Film Festival got underway yesterday, beginning a week of classic films, films about our local area and much more. The programme includes a huge variety of films, from Rebecca and The Wizard of Oz to short films by Queen Elizabeth High School students- there is sure to be something for everyone. The films are being shown at a wide range of venues across the Tyne Valley, including Hexham Abbey, The Sill and Forum Books in Corbridge.
